The core of the activity: Specifically designed for yoga beginners, starting from breathing and basic postures, it aims to dispel the misconception that "stiff bodies cannot do yoga", and establish a scientific understanding of practice.
Activity content: The first 30 minutes of the course will cover the origin of yoga and the basics of breathing control techniques (abdominal breathing, Ujjayi breathing). The core 90-minute teaching will focus on 10 basic poses such as Tadasana, Downward-Facing Dog, Cat-Cow Pose, etc. Each pose will be accompanied by three different difficulty variations, and the instructor will provide one-on-one corrections on the points of force application. The final 20 minutes will be dedicated to relaxation techniques and Q&A sessions, addressing common issues such as "What if I can't perform the movements properly?" and "How should I arrange my practice frequency?"
Target audience: Beginners who have never tried yoga before, people who are worried that their physical conditions are not suitable for yoga, and practitioners who want to lay a solid foundation systematically.
